Counselling FEE for individuals: 

$175 per 1 hour (includes GST)

$265 per 1.5 hours (includes GST)

Counselling FEE for couples:

$190 per 1 hour (includes GST)

$285 per 1.5 hours (includes GST)

Stand-alone Access BARS session, 1.5 hours = $295

Geotran MIRACLE INTEGRATION, 2 hours = $350

2.5 hour session = $440

1 - 3 hour sessions available.

Trauma often takes more than 1 hour to fully process safely.

Credit cards are required to register on my on-line scheduler. If you choose to pay by credit card the credit card company charges an extra 3%.

If there is an unpaid session I reserve the right to charge your credit card on file.

When you register on my website scheduler you are required to enter a credit card to secure payment.

IF you ask me to manually charge your credit card to pay for sessions there will be an extra 3% fee added by the credit card company.

If you do not pay for your session, Ezreena reserves the right to charge your credit card.

PLEASE CONTACT YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE SCHEDULING TO ENSURE YOU HAVE COUNSELLING COVERAGE

Ezreena does NOT bill insurance plans directly. When you pay for your session you will receive an official receipt which you submit to your plan for reimbursement.

Credit cards are accepted. Ask about other payment methods.

Cancellations and/or re-scheduling less than minimum 24 hour notice will result in the full session fee.

If you cannot cancel your session through the website scheduler then it is less than 24 hours notice and you will be responsible for the full session fee.

Health insurance payment does NOT cover missed sessions nor sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. 

Ezreena offers several payment methods, and if a session is left unpaid she reserves the right to manually charge the credit card on file (the credit card company will add 3% on top of Ezreena's  session fee).

Health insurance payments often pay a portion of Ezreena's fee; the client will be responsible to pay the remainder using a credit card or other payment methods.
